Returns will be accepted only for defective products. It is extremely rare that problems occur and we apologize for your inconvenience. If you have a problem with your DVD, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at returns@babybabyohbaby.com so we can arrange a replacement. Please provide us with your BabyBabyOhBaby order number which will be on your packing slip as well as in the purchase confirmation email.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days. You will be emailed with tracking information. We ship by USPS and UPS Ground. It may take up to 7 business days for a package to go cross-country.

We will not ship to PO Boxes. If you use a PO Box as a ship to address, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you.

International At this time, we can only ship to US and Canadian addresses.
